Dr. Barman completed his MBBS in 1996 from Guwahati Medical College, Assam, India. He earned his Diploma in Ophthalmology in 2000 from Assam Medical College, Dibrugarh, and his DNB in Ophthalmology in 2006 from the Ministry of Health & Family Welfare, New Delhi, India.
